May 23

Well today has been pretty easy compared to the other day, I think because I didn't give in to those cravings. Although this might be true I know the cravings will come back again another day. It's kind of like rain for me, somedays it rains and rains, and sometimes it rains for days at a time. But then the sun comes out and I feel better, and sometimes the sun stays for a while and keeps me feeling good. But I know the rain is good as well, shows how strong I am getting-or not getting sometimes. I can remember when I use to go to weight watcher meetings, they focused on even if you have a bad day, week, month, or even year, you start on today, forget yesterday. And as they said in the meetings- If you are having a bad week, you need your meeting. If you are having a great week, your meeting needs you.
Well I will update next time how much I have lost... still have that goal, but I have changed it just a little to be more realistic- I want to lose 26 pounds between now and August 24th!!! :)

Keep up the work Becca, I know it's hard but I know you can do it. I love you and if it helps..I'm on a diet too and trying to lose weight by my goal date of August 23 so we're really close in our goals. I'm just like you in that some days are better than others....it's great when you see yourself losing the weight but then you hit a wall and then you cave to the cravings because well, what's the use right? I wish it could be easier...but it's not and we just have to deal with that. This week has been horrible. We celebrated my b-day dan's b-day and mike and my anniversary (though a bit early since it's actually tomorrow..) but there's been so much cake and ice cream etc. I've gained two pounds which puts me behind by a week. But I've got to keep going. I love you and I wish you luck.

Go Becca! You can do it! I'm trying to lose weight as well, so we'll have to find a bunch of cheap low fat meals to fix this summer when everyone's here. :)

I'm starting to "try" for the first time to lose weight...not really doing much, but trying...I've made it to only drinking water which is a big thing, and I think its helping.
